Mr. David Gross (Buddy) asked if I would send these pic's along.   He started racing pigeons at 13.  He had a pup tent in his back yard.  He would use an old wooden orange crate to carry his birds in.  The crate he would mount to the handle bars of his bicycle.  It was secured by a stick under the one side then through the crate and under the other side.  He would peddle the birds to the train station and give the conductor a dime to let the birds go 50 miles down the tracks.  He only flies with a handful of birds and still wins a big share of the races.   He has been fighting cancer since 2001.  He still raced through his cancer treatments.  He is without a kidney, a bladder, the tops of his ears, part of his nose and the right leg below the knee.  Still he cleans, torches and vacuums his lofts and trains his birds.  AU 03 BROTZ 485 was a gift from Dave Brotzier from Wyoming Minnesota Any Questions you can E-mail me.   Johan van Ryswyk   =
